Inspection Comments |
Facility is very clean and organized. Especially the walk in cooler. Keep up the great work with cleaning and date labeling! *** There was a pipe leak on Saturday and facility closed for a few hours until it could be repaired. Water is working and no lasting damage seen. There is a missing ceiling tile but PIC stated it is just moved to the side for worker coming this afternoon to double check pipe and move back. |
